What shipping options do you offer?

Bainbridge Technologies offers two shipping options based on your location.
Option 1: Pick up from your nearest store
This shipping option is completely free and gives you a choice of your nearest store to pick up from

Option 2: Direct Delivery
If you don't live in an area near a local stockist you can select direct delivery to get the item sent directly to you.

Shipping length will vary depending on your location, and can take up to 2 weeks.

Bainbridge Technologies does not ship outside of Australia.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No, Bainbridge Technologies only ships inside Australia.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit

How do I return a product?

Bainbridge Technologies only accepts returns for products which have a fault during the warranty period (please see our warranty page for more information). If you have been sent the wrong item please call our team on 1300 224 683. Bainbridge Technologies does not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

What is the warranty process?

Why is my Baintech Volt/Volt Meter not displaying a voltage?

When installing a Baintech Volt/Volt meter, make sure that if you are only measuring the voltage of one battery, you connect the cables to the terminal marked V1 on the back. If you connect a single battery to the V2 terminal it will not work. For more information please click here

Why is my CTEK D250S Dual not charging my batteries?

The D250S has a cut out voltage set at 13.2V, so you must use the D250S Dual with a battery charged above 13.2V. For more information please click here

Why won't my CTEK D250S Dual Charge from Solar Panels?

The CTEK D250S Dual only charges from a solar panel while the vehicle is turned off. For more information please click here

Can I use a CTEK D250S Dual in a vehicle with a smart alternator?

You can use a CTEK D250S Dual in a vehicle with a smart alternator, provided you have an automotive relay installed. For more information please click here

What is the difference between a pure sine and modified sine inverter?

Both types of inverter will provide power to AC appliances, however Pure Sine is high quality equal to (or better than) the power in your home, Modified sine wave power is an simpler form of power and is adequate for simple electronics, but may damage more complex ones. For more information please click here
